Dear ABC
When I was informed an emergency case of units failure at XYW building, 10/F, I urged term contractor to provide a cost estimation for repairing the units to solicit user’s approval.
After my vetting, I found a problem of the cost estimation and requested term contractor to resubmit a quotation according to the contract rate. Therefore, it was found that the final cost of the purchase order was lower than the cost estimation.
