Help!!I dont know which word i should describe

Question

you can say,hmm,for example: my bf is ____.

The adj is to describe the ppl who wants to be with other ppl always and everywhere...possibly the guy/girl likes/love you,dont stop calling you,always wants to meet you or spend time together...maybe sometimes he will annoy you,cos all the time..

one of my friends told me use the stick or stick around,i dont think so.

I need exact words..adj. and vt..! thxxx!!! ^^
