Help: You come through for me.

Hello Everyone,

I came across this phrase and don't understand what it means. I seached many places and couldn't find a satisfactory explaination. So what does it mean? Could any one who knows it and tell me? This phrase is, "come through for someone."

Thanks for coming through for me last weekend.
You come through for me.

Cheers!!
