help writting a letter

I work for a donor recognition company and want to reach out to architects who are doing work for non profit organizations(church, museum, university,etc) so that we can do the recognition project afer the construction is complete. I want to send a letter so that we can get put on a bidders list for the jobs. Need help with this letter
