Help writing invitation letter to Ambassador
Hello. I'm writing from Japan.
I have to send an invitation letter to some Ambassadors to Japan.
I know I have to use "Your Excellency" or "Excellency" as Salutation, but should I repeat Excellency all the time in my main text in the letter?
For example, "It is our honor to invite Your Excellency to *** exhibition..."
instead of "It is our honor to invite you to *** exhibition...".
I hope you see what I mean.

Hi Guest, I would just use Ambassador Jones or whatever his or her name is, for both the salutation and body of the letter. I understand "Your Excellency" is sometimes used for ambassadors. It sounds too regal for my tastes.

Recently, i had to write "thank you letter" to an Ambassador and came back to this site.
No improvement at all on me! hahaha...
With regard to your request, I usually use free templates on the web and have nothing special. There are thousands exist and I hope you have already finished your mission with one of thses.
