Help writing a letter

I am looking to write a letter to Sky Sports News (UK sports channel) presenter Georgie Thompson, because I am a big fan of hers. But I am not at all sure how to construct it. I don't want to ask her how she got into television etc, because that doesn't interest me.

Some things I would like to include in the letter are what her favourite hobbies are, what she does on her days off, and to say what a good job she is doing on SSN etc.

Basically, I know what I want to say, but I don’t know how to say it

If anybody can guide me a bit here, I would be extremely grateful.
