Help writing a formal letter about myself

i ave this so far:

Dear Sir\Madam.

I feel very excited while writing you this letter. Let me introduce myself: my name is Misha Jan, I am 13 years old, and my place of birth is Pakistan.

My hobbies are cooking. i love cooking. when i grow up i want to own a restaurant and hopefully be a really good chef.
