Help write to a payment processor

I need to contact a payment processor:

How would you phrase this correctly?

$25was charged my credit card/I was charged $25 my credit card but I can seem to find who charged me/where the charge is coming from.

The bank just called me I hadn’t realized I was being charged all this time.

thank you
