Help with works cited?

I'm having trouble with my works cited page. I'm trying to cite the poem "Hap" by Thomas Hardy. The poem is from the book "The Twentieth Century and After" (eigth edition / volume 1) (the norton anthology / english literature)

It needs to be in MLA format. I'm not sure how to cite it since it's a poem in a book.
