I woud like to write a sentence that explain the impact of regulations. When the regulation requires certain information to be present in health websites, the website developers commonlly provide the information. How about the following sentence?

In the UK and (country 2) where there are regulations to provide certain information, we found that the information was a

In the UK and [country 2], which have regulations requiring that this information be provided, we had no difficultly obtaining it.

Does that work?

We found that a high level of compliance in the UK and [country 2] to provide this information.

Your use of "certain information" makes is so vague it's hard to know what you mean.
