Help with translation

Hi, does anybody know the meaning of "budgers can't be choosers"? I know there's a similar expression to it (beggars can't be choosers) and maybe they tried to make a pun with it.

Context: employees in an office are presenting the place to a new member of the team and one of them says to the new guy that he should know where his place is and budgers can't be choosers. I need to translate it to Brazilian Portuguese. Can you help me somehow?

Google gives me only one hit for the phrase "budgers can't be choosers", a link to a video at:
