Help with three sentences

Hi. Please help me with these.

1) Is it correct to use the pronoun "he" in the same sentence with the pronoun "one"? Let's say this is sort of a wise saying.

If one does not follow rules, he cannot be in the game.

2) Is the singular noun "life" is used since there is a singular pronoun "someone" in the following example sentence?

If someone does this, it will benefit there life greatly.

3) Should it be the phrase "a liquid" or the word "liquid"? Thank you for your help in advance.

If you do this, you make it into a liquid (liquid?).
