Help with this text

Intro.
Living in a city as big and populated as Mexico city it is common that people wish to find a place to get away from the crowd and the hustle and bustle of everyday life, a space to share with family, relax and find harmony between mind and body.

Taking this idea into account, SUMMUM is born, a private club to which only select members have access. The mission was to become an extension of their members’ lives, and the favorite place to exercise and indulge.

Challenge.
During the presale stage, SUMMUM was looking to create a website that encouraged new members to join the club. For the upcoming stages, it was planned to incorporate the access to internal administration, as well as the member login.

This project ended up being a good concept that never came true for unknown business reasons, however, since I invested a lot of time and effort in this project, I didn’t want to miss the opportunity to demonstrate my contribution.

Wireframe.
The whole process involved sketching concepts and flows in paper. After each brief review, my team and I discussed the new features in order to generate new ideas to sketch. Once we sketched a reasonable amount of options, we proceeded to review each of them and select the best ideas, in rare cases, we created a hybrid. Of all options presented at the beginning, we selected two to be improved and prototyped. Each feature phase went through cycles of requirements, agreements, and refinements.

Prototype.
A basic prototype was digitized using Sketch. We decided to use this tool because it will save us time in the future when we require delivering all resources and guidelines. For the early stages, only the highest risk areas of the web were designed and tested. Prototyping was the most effective way to gain meaningful feedback from stakeholders.

Mockups.

As a high-end health club, SUMMUM required friendly, simple and delightful interface design. The colors used were defined in the brand identity manual, as well as the minimalist look & feel that distinguishes the brand was applied.
