For political stability to be within a given state, there needs to be deep economic stakes and a government that assumes all responsibilities of those stakes and strives to protect them. Therefore, applying aggressive policies against states that are within this defined identity pursues not only policies that are outside the legitimate sphere but also act against peace. There needs to be for that very reason an international entity that has authority over all states indiscriminately and to settle political disputes and serves as a disciplinary measure against any such abuse of power and insures all states act within what is just, accordingly to a law that is just and democratic prescribed through a transparent and democratic mean. This democratic and extra-national entity should insure against all political pressure, from one or some of its members to other or others, through an anonymous voting system. Its decisions as well as all other pertinent information must be transparent and be made public through very accessible means to insure that the population is made aware of the actions of the governments involved and the decision given by this institution. Should a country ever refuse to accept its decision, a sanction, be it economic or political, should be imposed on the country in question; and the latter should lead to a restructuring of the country's political system if that ever is deemed necessary to increase transparency and insure against aggressive international policies; that, should a government stray away from the policies prescribed by this entity as a result of a decision given with and by authority, and therefore should others may be incited to do the same, that an example be given that would dissuade them from acting against global peace and justice; for that, unquestionable authority should this entity possess, unless restructuring is legitimately demanded to better fulfill its intrinsic mission. That this, briefly put, is sensible is not difficult to see. There need to be equality not only over political matters, but also economic, and this entity should be expanded if ever created to supervise international trade.
