Help with the sentence below

When a TV program/show is back on after an ad pause, what do the hosts/anchors usually say? Is the sentence below all right?

We are back on [name of show/program] on CNN.

I don't watch regular TV anymore. We are back on CNN. This sounds OK.

I don't watch regular TV anymore.

We are back on CNN. This sounds OK.

We are back with CNN. This sounds a little more natural to me.

For fictional stories, I think they might say eg And now back to 'Friends'.

Or they might say nothing at all.
