People, help me with the past perfect tense used in this sentence: <br/><br/>"I do not think it is arrogant of me to claim that I <u>had already discovered</u> these four objections <u>before</u> my boyish voice <b><u>had broken</u></b>."<br/><br/>I wonder why after the conjunction "before" another past perfect was used. would anyone please explain?
