Help with the meaning

This cold weather is realy getting to me.
Could someone please explain this sentence.

I am not sure how else to explain it. There is no pure logic to it.

1) is definitely okay. That is how I would naturally say it.

2) sounds very familiar to my ear. So if I had to guess, I would say it is okay.
