Help with terms in education please

Dear teachers,
Could you possibly correct the following sentences below?

A is a poor sixth grade student.He did not pass the final exam, so he is not allowed to move (on ) to higher class

A is a poor sixth grade student.He did not pass the final exam, so he is not allowed to move (on ) to /move up to the seventh grade.

A is a poor sixth grade student.He did not pass the final exam, so he is not allowed to come up higher class

A is a poor sixth grade student.He did not pass the final exam, so he had to stay in the sixth grade

A is a poor sixth grade student.He did not pass the final exam, so he had to repeat his class.

Yes, in all the examples, there should be a space after "student."

This one makes no sense AND is missing a full stop.


The rest look OK (apart from punctuation).
