help with tenses

What is the difference between these? And which is correct and not correct?

I told you I would call you.
I told you I will call you.
I have told you that I will call you.

I told you it would get cold.
I told you it will get cold.

Could the word 'told' be used for the past and present, where it can be followed by both a past or present-future tense?

Thank you.
