Help with sth
Hello. I am very curious if I should write such as (a) and here put a noun or I should not use a before the noun. I have got the same curiosity with a word "like". Can someone help me, please?

It took me a while to figure out what you mean. The words such and like have nothing to do with the use of a/an. It all depends on what kind of noun follows those words.
