Help with some listening passages required, please!
Hi everyone, I was watching the following YT video, could you please help me understand the highlighted parts in the transcription I'm attaching underneath?
M: Good morning Miss Maths. My name is Mike Daunter. I ???? today to see if I can make an appointment to meet with you.
C: Did you listen former messages?
M: Yes, I have called a couple of times hoping to speak with you.
C: I apologize for not getting back to you, it's been a ??? week
M: That's why I don't want to take much of your time today. I'd like to make an appointment to meet with you for an hour or so.
C: You haven't told me why you want me, mr Tata.
M: I represent AirWare. I'd like to talk to you about creating an advertising campaign for your business.
C: I'm not interested in making any changes to our advertisement right now. We're doing just fine.
M: That's why I want to talk to you, you see. ?time?advertising?more??
C: What's that?
M: Now you got something to ??? about. You've grown. You're doing well. You're exporting to Europe. That's an impressive record.
C: And we got that without any other fancy advertising campaign.
M: My point is that if you wait your business falls off, think about what's lacking in your advertising, it looks like you're in trouble.
C: ????? my business ??? fall off
M: I'm not saying that it will. Only that now is time to create a positive image of your company in customers'minds.
C: I'm sorry mr. Daunter. Even if I were interested in ??? about our advertising, we really couldn't afford it.
M: If you look it as an investment, you'll that it pays for itself many times over.
C: Are you saying you could guarantee that.
M: I can assure you you won't regret working with us.
C: How do you explain the success we've enjoyed so far, without a minimum advertising.
M: You've built a good relationship with a few good customers. I'm suggesting that you let us help you expend your customers' base.
C: I'm not convinced that is necessary.
M: Miss Maths, there are hundreds of companies like yours. ??? intentional buyers. We help you get their attention.
C: And then what?
M: Then you have a chance to show them what you can do.
C: I don't know, mr Daunter. We're a small company trying to control our goals.
M: This gives you greater control over your goals. With a broader customer base you can decide what you can do and when you can do it.
C: I can do that ???
M: But only with a few customers. You always run the risk of losing one or two of them, then you're not in control any more.
C: I don't know.
M: If I can just have an hour of your time, I could explain whatever I can do for you. If after that you're still not convinced, I'll pack up and live you alone.
C: Ok, I'll give an hour. I am not promising anything.
M: You won't regret it, miss Maths. When could we meet together?
