Can someone please help me w/ the simple subject/simple predicate?

3. There are extra reports for the meeting on the director's desk.

5. Do you know the Web site for Pepsi®?

Parsing is fun. Here are my suggestions: (l) you/ know (2)what/are (3) reports/are (4)suggestions/are (P.S. "Here" sometimes is like "There." It fills in for the subject but isn't the subject.) (5) you/do know. Let's see what other contributors think.
