Help with sentence tenses

Are these tenses and conditionals correct:
It will be nice if you include this picture.
It would be nice if you included this picture.
It would have been nice if you have or had included this picture.

Please do the necessary changes as required?

Thanks. What about if I did not use had and just 'included' in the third example. Would that be possible?

I would like to ask you a little bit more about the two words could and would, as I have been seeing mixed feedback regarding them.

When using 'would' or 'could' in conditionals is it best that they always be followed by past tenses, just as our examples above. Some people and sources have different opinions, so it is confusing?
