Are all these sentences correct?

What is the reason 'of the use' of pesticides.
What is the reason 'for the use' of pesticides.
What is the reason 'for using' pesticides.

I asked because I saw a native speaker use ‘of’ in this sentence: "What is the explanation of the use of this title"

So ‘of’ would also not be correct in that sentence and what you said previously applies to that sentence as well. Right?
