Help with question-type sentences

I'm finding difficult to form a sentence with question type. Could you please give me any tips or hints how one can frame question-type sentence like the following?

Which course you would like to take to?
Which subject you like to study to?

See in these sentences I'm not sure if the preposition "to" is really necessary or not as without "to" itself the questions look fine. Thanks in advance

Thank you both.

I wrote those sentences on the basis of the sentences like the following.

(1) Which college have you taken admission in?
(2) Which college have you enrolled to?
(3) Which stream have you enrolled for?
