HELP with Punctuation

I am more then a little confused when it comes to punctuation will someone please tell me how the below sentence should be done? Did I do it write? If not why????

They would send another Bound member to New London to continue the investigation she began, and if enough data was collected that Bound member would become Unbound, meaning a clean up was in order.

AND ALSO

Four of the eight screens that made up his entertainment system were programmed to different up to the minute news channels.

Hi, Guest. Probably many people will accept your first sentence as it is, and perhaps it is not wrong. " No commas needed there but, if "up-to-the-minute" used as an adjective modifying "channels", then the hyphens are needed.
