Help with phrase

Hi teachers,

I would like to post a picture of me in a gym and include a caption, something like:

"Where stress is relieved and life/health/wellness is gained"

Which of the words prior to "gained" conveys the idea best, or is there another word or way to say 'health benefits' are gained in a nice and natural way?
