Hi,
I'd like to comment on one further point in "Our study was not comparable with the previous Austria and the UK studies but still suggests issues to address".
Because 'the UK' is used adjectivally here, say
'. . . the previous Austrian and the UK studies . . . ' or '. . . the previous Austria and the UK studies . . . '.
