Can you please tell me the name for two nouns joined by 'and' that take the possessive apostrophe after the second noun only (e.g. 'Tom and Jerry' as in 'Tom and Jerry's antics')?
Could you also tell me the name (if different) for similarly structured nouns that take singular rather than plural verbs (e.g. 'Health and safety' as in 'Health and safety is important')?
I've looked up 'group nouns' and 'composite nouns' but neither seems appropriate. Thank you.
