Help with my seven lines (a paragraph sentence) below. Thanks
Help with my mini essay below. Do you think it's written in academic language. I struggle to use passive words to refer to myslef. Any help will be appreciated.

The general approach that will be used for the research is the Qualitative method. Hancock (2002) states that Qualitative data are collected through direct encounters with individuals, through one to one interviews or by observation. This approach will be suitable for the research as it will help in gaining deeper understanding into the study. Although, some could argue that it is time consuming when collecting data through interviews, observation, etc. Nonetheless, I have a deadline and a time scale to follow for the research, hence, I will not consume a lot of time.

Do not 'struggle to use passive'-- you will certainly overdo it. Your sentences seem paradoxical. I have left the word 'qualitative', but it seems that you mean 'quantitative', as it requires much time for personal interviews-- yet you then seem to say that you have a tight time frame and it will take only a little time.

Thanks for your response, i will change the last senetence as I know that I have enough time to conduct the research. What do you mean by quantitative? As far as I know, quantitative is about statistics, numbers and my research is not about that, it's more theoretical approach.
