Help with my grammer

Edit the following sentences to correct all language faults, including grammar, punctuation, spelling, and word confusions. (You do not need to reword the sentences.)

Original:

1. Bad news is generaly disappointing, however the negative feelings can be reduced.

2. 2 ways to reduce the disapointment of bad news is to: (1) give reasons first, and (2) reveal the news sensitively.

3. When delivering bad news its important that you make sure the reciever understands and excepts it.

4. The indirect pattern consists of 4 parts, buffer, reasons, bad news and closing.

5. Although the indirect pattern is not apropriate for every situation it is usualy better then a blunt announcement of bad news.

6. On June 1st, our company President and Vice President revealed a four million dollar drop in profits which was bad news for every one.

7. Because of declining profits and raising Health costs the Director of our Human Resources Department announced a increase in each employees contribution to Health Benefits.

8. Most of us prefer to be let down gentle, when were being refused something, thats why the reasons before refusal pattern is effective.

9. When a well known Tire company recalled 100s of thousands of tires it's President issued a apology to the public, and all injured customers'.

10. If I was you I would begin the bad news message with a complement not a blunt rejection.
