Help with modal verb "would" uses

Hi. Help me with these.

1. Let us assume there is a simple but incorrect sentence like "He is boy" and you want to ask questions like these. Are they correct?



Do you think it is correct? If incorrect, how would you correct it?

Is the part "If incorrect, how would you correct it" a second conditional sentence with the full if-clause being "If it were incorrect" (or "If it was incorrect" - this being less hypothetical?)?

Also, could we have a question (based on a different context) like "Do you think the way he handled the situation is judicious? If not, will you handle it differently? How?," with the full version of the underlined part being "If it is not, will you handle it differently?"

2. Is the sentence with the modal verb "would" correct? If it was, how would you categorize (if you could) its use? Like is it conditional? I don't think it is. Then what?

The story says he came back to his house and saw a lot of people there. They would make much noise and play music. He told them to ...
