Help with meaning

Are both of these sentences correct:

Would you be able to meet today at 2pm.

Could you meet today at 2 pm.

Are they both correct here? And does would you be (able = could) in that case?

It is not necessary to confirm every answer that is given to you by asking the same thing again in slightly different words. I think your English is good enough to understand the answers.
