00My name is xxxxxxxxxxxxxI have been a professional truck driver for over 20 years. I received a citation(# 124422) for being PARKED IN LANE OF TRAFFIC WHERE PROHIBITED. But I wish to explain why I was parked, while I was driving I saw smoke coming from my semi trailer so I pulled over for an emergency I put my hazard lights on to check my trailer. There was no sign saying no parking. when I was about to leave the officer came and didn’t even ask if there was an emergency or if I needed help just asked me for my driver’s license and insurance. So from here on Your Honor I don’t know how to proceeded with this ticket but I do feel that I am innocent. Thank You 02br
