Help With Grammar Sentences

I've been revising these sentences over and over and still unsure about the things I specified in the comments. Please help, it will be appreciated! My teacher is very strict on grammar so I try to not miss anything.

5. Each new employee must pick up a permanent parking permit for Lot 3-A before the end of the 14-day probationary period.

Question: Does permanent parking permit need a hyphen?

Example: permanent-parking permit

6. A total of 259 identity-theft complaints were filed with the Federal Trade Commission on November 2 alone.

Question: Does identity theft need a hyphen?

7. Roberta’s 11-page report was easier to read than David’s because hers was better organized and had better headings.

Question: Is a comma needed after David's ?
