Only "trigger". If it was supposed to include "spring", "spring" would have been in the singular.

Only "trigger". It can't relate to "springs" because that is plural, and attributive nouns are singular in English (there are some exceptions, but this isn't one of them). If we said "spring and trigger assemblies" then "assemblies" would relate to both words.
