Help with grammar please?

I have a doubt about when i can add "s" in the end of the verbs when accompanied by "someone / anyone" exemple:

Someone speak or speaks?

Someone that walk or walks?

Some person speaks.

anyone = any + one = any + person
Any person speaks.
