Help with grammar

Hi,

would you be kind enough to help me please and tell me if the following sentences are grammatically incorrect:


"At present, Loyds Bank is not expecting to be able to recover the funds that were obtained fraudulently".

"We are not being optimistic with regards to actually being able to recover the funds".

"One of the people charged is the citizen of the United States, who has since moved abroad ( outside EU), making the possibility of recovering any funds from her impossible".
