Help with grammar

can someone help me with the following senteces and tell me if they are correct

  • After such a big dose of the drug, a little one isn't going to do anything to you/isn't going to affect you

  • In how long will we be arriving/when will we be arriving

  • One is apart of a trend no matter how they dress

  • I can't picture that actor in the role of...

  • They were talking across/through the door

  • The street I'm looking for is in the missing part of the map, (the part is blurred)
