help with grammar

Which of these sentences are correct, and why?

1. The first time James visited, he was bored.

2. James visited the first time was bored.

3. The first of James' visits was bored.

4. James' first time visit was bored.

5. That James visited the first time was bored.

Is there any other way to say this?
