Help With Estuary English

Hello,
I am an american english speaker (east coast mid maryland) so i have got much of an accent compared to most mericans.
I plan to move around the south east london area and have decieded that I would like to get used to the Estuary English dialect/accent.
I know lots of people think its rather boring and lazy and uneducated but ive gotten quite a liking to it. I would like to learn to develop the accent or have the ability to use it prior to the move, which is prolly with in this next year.

If anyone has any Wav. Mp3 files or free downloads of thier EE dialect/accent, or someone elses, it would be extreamly appreciated if you could give me a hand
