Help with compound word

I need help with one question. My son had filled in "Isocahedron" for a compound word at school. Is he right? Teacher seems not interested with this word.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Thanks

Perhaps he meant "Icosahedron" a solid geometric form with 20 sides. It is a compound word in the Greek language, but not in English. An English compound word is two words put together to make a new word.
