Help with commas

I'm having trouble deciding where the commas go in this sentence. Is the comma before "entitled" necessary? Should there be a comma after the name of the chapter? Thanks.

Each of the characters has his or her own strengths and weaknesses in the chapter entitled, "Starting a Band" in Dr. Howards new book, Musical Publishing.
