Help with Biblical passage grammar

Hi, and thank you in advance for any assistance you can give me. I am a Theology student and I have to do a grammatical interpretation of Romans 12:3-8 which I will write fully below. The types of things the professor needs from me are:
a) grammatical construction
b) figures of speech
c) Sentences
d) subject and predicate
e) identify conjunctions
f) clauses and tyes i.e. independent and dependent

I am not very good at English even though I have done English units in my course, I have only just scraped by and as an international student here in the USA I find it hard to get any help, so if you can help me I would so appreciate it.
Romans 12: 3-8 from the New International Bible Version

"For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you. Jus as each of us have one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given to us. If a man's gift is prophesying, let him use it in proportion to his faith. If it is serving, let him serve; encouraging, let him encourage; if it is contributing to the needs of others, let him give generously; if it is leadership, let him govern diligently; if it is showing mercy, let him do it cheerfully".

Thank you very much,
Samuel

Mr P,
Yes I know what the different parts of speech mean but I don't understand what or where they are in that particular passage.
Thank you again

Hello Samuel

Here are a few examples of what you need to look for:

a) grammatical construction - e.g. conditional statements with 'if'.

b) figures of speech e.g. 'Just as each of us have one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.' (simile)
