Help with American Accent.

Is it possible for a non-American to speak with an American accent?

No not 100% if you're asking that. But yes for plain everyday english. From time to time, your accent will pop out like when you're excited, etc.

Almost no one can speak a foreign language with a native accent if they learn it after age 8 or so, but you can come reasonably close if you work at it with audio materials, a lot of repetition, and, if possible, some coaching from a native speaker.

I'm Alejandro Peña Pizaña from Mexico and my english sounds from England but I can also sound from the US or Australia, people get really impressed when I tell them where I'm from. I agree that it's a very special skill. Not many people are good at mimicking the sounds of another language to the level of near perfection. Fortunately, we can all usually understand each other even if pronunciation isn't perfect.
