Help with a small registration letter grammar

I wrote this small registration letter, for erasmus, someone can correct it a bit, my grammar is very bad.

Dear Ms Varga,

I create an account in the m-academic tool. I fill all field in the form and I attached a scanned version of this which is signed by my local coordinator and contains unversity stamp. I attached the documents what is needed to process my application.
My nomitaion is valid at now?
