Help with A Sentence

In case of contract of personal service, Where promisor becomes incapable to perform his promise, due to an ACT OF GOD e.g. Illness, constitutes lawful excuse for non-performance of the contract.

Please rectify my sentence, if there is something wrong?

Also explain, if there is any grammatical mistakes?

Thanks in advance.

Legal terminology does not always follow common grammar rules. I’m trying to combine the rules to form a suitable answer:
In the case of a contract of personal service, ‘Where a promisor becomes incapable of performing his promise due to an Act of *** (e.g., Illness), that constitutes a lawful excuse for non-performance of the contract.’
