Help with a Love Letter to a English Teacher

I am looking for some help. I'm writing a love letter to a girlfriend, who is a high school English teacher and grammar aficionado, and I want to impress her by writing something with zero grammatical errors. I am not horrible with grammar, but I am not a grammar perfectionist. Is there any chance any of you on the boards would be willing to help me with this labor of love?
