Help with 3 English sentences

Hey everyone, I need help checking the spelling and grammar of 3 English sentences:

1) This equipment is to be serviced by trained personnel only.

2) Although time is the progression of events that happen from the past through the present into the future, only the mind can stay in the past.

3) In the progress of creating, time and patience are your greatest assets. Never settle for the first idea. Let time do the work.

Is this written in correct English?

It is right, but it's perhaps a bit delicate for an order.

"This equipment must be serviced by trained personnel only."

Rickneedshelp Although time is the progression of events that happen from the past through the present into the future, only the mind can stay in the past.

"Happen" is redundant with "events". Events are what happens. "Although" is a booby trap just waiting for the writer to touch it. You are saying that in spite of the fact that time is what you say, the mind is alone in its ability to stay in the past. That is nonsense when you look at it, and the reader does.

I tried various rewrites, but I don't know what you are trying to say.

I think you mean "process", not "progress". "Creation" is more usual there. Time does only the work it can.
