Help w/ sentences

She has her excuses to not come over. Or

She has her excuses for not coming over. Or

She has her excuses w/ not coming over.

They essentially mean the same thing?

As far as I know, we usually use excuse (as a noun) with for.

So I'd agree with the post saying the second one is correct.
